Implementasi Supervisi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri

Abstract


This paper aims to reveal the implementation of academic supervision headmaster at Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) 3 Tasikmalaya. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques used were documentation studies and field studies. Analysis is done by reducing and presenting data. The results showed that the academic supervision of the madrasa head was carried out with semester program planning and annual programs. Class visits are conducted to evaluate methods in the learning process. Follow-up by the madrasa head was only carried out during the routine meeting. Therefore it is necessary to have on going activities as a guidance for madrasa head in developing the quality of learning.
