Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam

Abstract


This study aims to reveal the principal's leadership style in the Little Moslem Integrated Islamic Kindergarten. The research method used is qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews with the principal of the Little Moslem Snow Ball Process TKIT with teacher; observing activities leading meetings; Principal's report documentation. The results showed that; first, the principal at least once a month when submitting salary to educators and discussing to find out various problems experienced by educators. Second, the principal gives vacation allowances or bonuses outside of salary, for educators who do additional work. Third, there is gradual monitoring, correction and reprimand on employee performance.
